By receiving pet food or supplies from The Critter Cupboard, I understand and agree to the following:

1. All items are donated and provided “as-is” without warranty or guarantee.

2. The Critter Cupboard does not manufacture products and is not responsible for product defects, recalls, contamination or adverse reactions.

3. I accept full responsibly for the proper storage, handling and use of all items received.

4. I release and hold harmless The Critter Cupboard, its founder, volunteers and board members from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from receipt or use of distributed items.

5. I understand that porch pick up involves entering private property and I assume all related risks.

By accepting assistance, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
